About the Internship

Number of Positions
Office Internship- 2 (Two) Per Month
Duration
Preferably 8 weeks; minimum 4 weeks.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drafting of plaints, written statements and various court applications.
- Drafting of notices and evidence pertaining to trademark opposition.
- Legal research work pertaining to ongoing cases.
Eligibility
- Candidates studying in 3rd year and above in 5-year law school.
- Candidates with prior internship experience in the field of IPR and Corporate/Commercial Law shall be preferred.
Required Skills
- Outstanding command of the English language.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong strategic thinker.
