About the Webinar
The webinar session will be by Mr Manish Sansi, Chief legal & Regulatory officer in Digital Edge DC India , a Singapore headquartered data center company with data centers across various Asian countries including Indonesia, Korea, Japan, Philippines, etc.
Prior to this till Nov’ 22 Manish Sansi was the Chief Law Officer and Chief Commercial Officer, Vodafone Idea Limited (VIL) where he headed Pan-India Legal function including contracting, litigation, compliance, fraud and security; and Commercial functions that include procurement, logistics and warehousing functions of VIL.
Being result-oriented in approach and taking time-specific initiatives, Manish at the helm of VIL’s legal team had ensured massive cost savings both within Legal & Commercial framework.
He successfully executed several high-value commercial contracts. Ensuring governance compliance with the help of established governance principles, Manish ensured a stringent process framework for fraud risk and security management that helped in the detection and prevention of several frauds/breaches/violations. In VIL, Manish handled several complex legal aspects concerning regulatory matters of VIL.
Prior to joining Vodafone Idea, Manish was the General Counsel (India) and Company Secretary of Tata Communications Limited, a leading B2B telecom player in India where he was responsible for all the legal matters of Tata Communications and its group companies in India and corporate secretarial of all the Tata Communications group companies globally, global compliance and global procurement legal.
Manish has also worked in leadership roles in other reputed organizations like Telenor India, Indus Towers, Ranbaxy, etc.

Any student interested to pursue or pursuing undergraduate/postgraduate Law courses at any college/university is eligible to participate in the event.
